Trafalgar Scientific was established in 1993 by Matthew Bramley with the intention of selling 3M™ Petrifilm, an as then unknown product aimed at the food microbiology market.
3M Petrifilm™ was designed to take the place of conventional microbiology by removing the need for bulky petri dishes and media preparation. Following the success of the sale of 3M™ Petrifilm, today Trafalgar Scientific has the luxury of working with some of the biggest names in the food and beverage services industry and third party laboratories in the UK.
Our main business has stayed with the supply of unconventional, niche products and with the continual addition of more conventional microbiology products to our range, Trafalgar Scientific has become the one and only place to purchase all of your microbiology related products.
