Dipslides are an easy to use and cost effective swabbing and sampling device for assessing microbial contamination.
As we are all well aware, accurate moniotoing of bacterial levels is an essential part of food production and water treatment analysis. Using this method avoids the need for traditional plating out procedures, normally associated with laboratories.
Trafalgar Scientific Dipslides consist of nutrient agars on a sampling paddle attached to an easy to hold handle. Samples can be taken in just a few seconds, the slides replaces in the tube and then incubated for 24-48 hours. Results are then compared to an interpretation guide which will assass the level of bacterial growth giving you accurate information so you can take appropriate action.
