Description
A culture media supplement intended for the isolation of yeasts and molds, suppressing the growth of most contaminating bacteria, and is for use with NCN2012
Preparation
- Using aseptic technique, remove the crimp cap and rubber stopper. Aseptically retain the stopper.
- Reconstitute the contents of the vial using the appropriate volume of sterile 100% ethanol as indicated in the table below.
- Replace the rubber stopper and gently shake or invert the contents to dissolve.
- Add the vial contents to the cooled medium as per the label directions.
